Job Description
A chance for you to work for the Legal function in the Media Distribution Industry to refine your skills and potential for working in this or a similar sector in the future.
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting and vetting of NDA, Deal Terms, service agreements, vendor agreements and internal agreements
- Drafting of notices and replies
- Contract management
- Assistance in legal audits
- Draft and review appropriate reports in compliance with contract management processes
- Assist in maintaining and updating legal templates and clause library

Eligibility
- Fourth or final year law students or LL.M Students
- Exposure to or interest in Media and Entertainment laws/ Intellectual Property Laws is preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
- Work experience required 0 – 1 year
- Preferred candidate from media background/education
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a cross-cultural environment
- Should be an effective communicator in English
- Great attention to detail, with an open mind to learn
- Has own work from home setup (Laptop/Desktop, high-speed internet)
