About the Position
The post is General Central Service, Group ‘B’ (Gazetted) (Non-Ministerial). The post is permanent.

Age Limit
Not exceeding 30 years for General and EWS category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled caste and Schedule tribe candidates and not exceeding 33 years for other Backward class candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist in the filing of prosecutions/complaints in all the cases that are investigated by the SFIO in the concerned courts and pursue their progress.
- Coordination with the counsels detailed by the Government.
- Maintenance of database of court cases.
- Any other work assigned from time to time.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline plus a bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute.
- Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) from a recognized University or Institute.
- For Graduate in any discipline plus a bachelor’s degree in Law Holders-
- One year of experience in handling litigation & court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization.
- For Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) Holders-
- 2 years experience in handling litigation & court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization.
Desirable Qualifications
- Additional one year experience in corporate/ criminal law matters.
- Masters’ in Law (LL. M.) from a recognized University or Institute.
Salary
As per 7th CPC, Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100/-) in the Pay Matrix (Total emoluments excluding T.A. & HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 47,600/- plus DA as applicable per month approximately.)
Probation
Two years subject to successful completion of mandatory induction training of two weeks duration, as prescribed and sponsored by SFIO.
