About the Organization
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is a central civil service training institute under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India for the central civil servants of the Indian Corporate Law Service cadre. Handling and dealing with various subjects, matters and affairs in the arena and spectrum of corporate affairs regulation, governance and policy.

It also houses the training academy of the top cadre of the Indian Corporate Law Service. ICLS is an organised Group A service, recruited through the All India Civil Service Examination. ICLS officers are posted across the length and breadth of the Country in various line and Staff capacities.
Duration
Contractual position for a period of 04 months only, if otherwise not extended or curtailed.
Eligibility
- Masters in Law.
- Minimum of three years experience in Government, reputed Governmental Organizations, International development agencies and Research Organizations.
- Preference will be given to persons with work experience in the Social Sector/Infrastructure supported by published work/policy papers appraisal/monitoring of projects & schemes etc.

Selection Procedure
The appointment will be made on the recommendations, on the basis of written test and/or interview, of a Selection Committee, constituted for this purpose. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
