Stipend
Rs. 12k per month.
Duration of Internship
3 months.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators for effective handling of claims.
- Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.
- Review of cases and proper maintenance of case files and details in the system.
- Appointment of Advocates in discussion with the Area Manager.
- Adherence to TAT in obtaining investigation reports and filing of reply in a case.
- Addressing evidence in legal claims.
- Ensure timely compliance with the orders passed by courts and closure of cases within TAT.
- Regular follow-up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/Lok Adalats/obtaining compromise Memos.
Eligibility
LLB fresher.
Desirable Skills
- Go-getter attitude.
- local languages are a must.
