Roles & Responsiibilities

  • Public procurement including review of tenders, RFPs, RFQs, preparation of pre-bid queries and deviations, drafting and reviewing of legal documents, negotiations, etc.
  • Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various contracts like business agreements, escrow agreements, license agreements, MSA & work orders, lease deeds, sale & purchase agreements, bank guarantees, service agreements, MoUs, SLA, NDA, etc.
  • Advising senior management on various legal topics/issues, impact assessment, and risk mitigation plan
  • Legal research and study on new legal developments
  • Support in dispute resolution and litigation matters
  • Formulation of policies and processes for the efficient functioning of the legal department
  • Coordination and follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders for completion of assigned projects.
  • Eligibility

    • Must be a Law Graduate.
    • Experience: 6 Years
