1. Work Experience in Infrastructure space
2. Work Experience in Finance & Transactions
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
1. Experience in doing diligences, drafts of transaction documents for banking & finance
2. Exposure to project development, bid advisory and procurement, due diligences, project contracts – EPC, OM, Concession Agreement etc
3. Core financing experience including on transactions involving term loans, project financing, term loan facilities
4. Projects and M&A documentation and negotiation support
