Requirements:
1. Advocate with minimum 2 years experience in IP litigations before the Delhi High Court.
2. Good knowledge on laws related to trademarks, patents and copyrights.
3. Trademark prosecution (registration) experience or LL.M in IPR, would be an advantage.
