About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Legal Associate – Litigation to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be actively involved in representing clients in complex civil and corporate litigation, drafting key legal documents, and formulating effective litigation strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients before the High Courts, City Civil Courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies
Draft pleadings, petitions, notices, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and case law analysis to support case strategies
Liaise with clients, experts, and external counsel
Track and manage litigation timelines and court proceedings
Prepare briefs and case summaries for senior counsel or partners
What We’re Looking For
LL.B. from a recognized university
Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
Minimum 3 years of PQE in civil and corporate litigation
Prior experience in High Court and City Civil Court matters is essential
Proficiency in Marathi (spoken & written) is mandatory
Excellent command of English and strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
