Eligibility
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 or 5-year in-person program)
2. 2+ years of experience in SARFAESI (must be from a bank/NBFC)
3. Strong communication, drafting, research & negotiation skills.
4. Experience in filing FIRs, handling police complaints & litigation.
5. Fluent in English and confident in legal documentation and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting & reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and more.
2. Preparing legal documents (Notices of Opposition, Evidence under Rules 45–47, Cease & Desist notices, etc.)
3. Working independently with minimal supervision.
4. Representing clients in legal forums.
